Who is Giddymoose?
We're a small, faith-led UK studio making things that help you live on purpose: scripture wall art, guided journals and devotionals, printable lesson packs and activities, and a few gifts and tees. Real people, based in the UK, working from the conviction that what you speak and surround yourself with shapes who you become.
How do digital downloads work?
Check out as normal and your download link is emailed to you straight away (it's also in your order confirmation). Files are PDFs unless the listing says otherwise. Save them, print at home or at any print shop, and use them as often as you like for your own family, classroom or church group.
Can I print your printables for my church, school or group?
Yes. Our printables come with a personal and small-group licence, so you can print copies for your own class, Sunday school, youth group or home. Please don't resell the files or share them online. For larger ministries or schools wanting site-wide use, see our bulk page or email us and we'll sort a fair licence.
How are your art prints and canvases made?
Each one is printed to order on quality fine-art paper or canvas at a print studio close to you (UK orders print in the UK, US orders print in the US). That keeps delivery quick and the carbon footprint low. Prints ship rolled in a tube; canvases arrive stretched and ready to hang.
How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping to the UK and USA on posters and canvases. Digital downloads have no shipping at all. Mugs, apparel, books and worldwide orders are calculated at checkout before you pay. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
How long will my order take?
Downloads: instant. Prints and canvases: 1–3 working days to print, then roughly 2–5 working days delivery in the UK and 3–7 in the USA. Books and journals: 3–5 working days in the UK. Everything gets a tracking email when it's dispatched.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email hello@giddymoose.com within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. No need to post it back.
Can I return something I've changed my mind about?
Made-to-order items (prints, canvases, mugs, apparel) and digital downloads can't be returned for change of mind. Unused books and journals can be returned within 14 days. See Shipping & Returns.
Do you offer discounts for churches and ministries?
Yes, automatically. Add 5+ items to your basket for 10% off, 10+ for 15% off, 20+ for 20% off — applied at checkout with no code. For 50+ items or something bespoke, email us for a quote. Details on the Church & Ministry Bulk Orders page.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, worldwide. Prices show in your local currency and shipping is calculated at checkout. Customs duties for orders outside the UK are the customer's responsibility.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify with card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. We never see or store your card details.
Which Bible translation do you use?
It varies by piece, and where a listing quotes a verse the wording is shown in the images. If you'd like a piece in a particular translation, ask us before ordering — we can often do it.
How do I leave a review?
Thank you for even asking. You'll get an email after your order arrives with a one-click review link, or you can leave one at the bottom of any product page. Honest reviews are how a small store like ours gets found.
