Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Delivery
Here's exactly how and when your order reaches you.
Digital downloads (printables, workbooks, devotionals, ebooks)
Delivered instantly. As soon as your order goes through you'll get an email with your download link, and the same link sits in your order confirmation so you can re-download any time. Nothing is posted and there's no shipping charge.
Art prints & canvases
- Free standard shipping to the UK and USA on our posters and canvases.
- Each piece is printed to order at a print studio close to you, so it travels a shorter distance and arrives fresher. Allow 1–3 working days for printing, then roughly 2–5 working days for delivery in the UK and 3–7 in the USA.
- Prints ship rolled in a sturdy tube; canvases arrive stretched, wrapped and ready to hang.
Mugs, apparel & other made-to-order gifts
Also printed to order. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you are and what's in your basket. Allow 2–5 working days for production plus delivery time.
Books & journals
Dispatched from the UK within 1–2 working days. UK delivery is typically 3–5 working days; international 7–14 working days.
Rest of the world
We ship worldwide. Rates and estimated times are shown at checkout before you pay. Any customs duties or import taxes for orders outside the UK are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking
You'll get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your item leaves the studio. If it hasn't arrived within the window above, email us and we'll chase it for you.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be genuinely glad you ordered. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll put it right.
Arrived damaged or faulty?
Email hello@giddymoose.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging, and we'll send a replacement or refund you — no need to post it back.
Changed your mind?
Because prints, canvases, mugs and apparel are made to order just for you, and digital products are delivered instantly, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on those. Books and journals that are unused and in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund (return postage is at your cost).
How to return a book or journal
- Email us with your order number (starts #GMHOM) and what you'd like to return.
- We'll send you the return address and instructions.
- Post it back to us.
- Your refund is issued within 5–7 working days of us receiving it.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour on a printed item? Email us before it goes into production (usually within a few hours of ordering) and we'll switch it. After that, made-to-order items can't be swapped, but if there's a fault we'll always replace it.
