Refund policy

Returns are accepted if an item or items are faulty.

Return within 14 days - (customer provides return shipping). 

Due to their nature, no returns are accepted on books/journals, gift vouchers or digital products.

Where an item arrives faulty, Giddymoose will offer a replacement product. Where the item cannot be replaced due to end of stock, etc Giddymoose will issue a credit note in the form of a gift voucher to match the value of the item as indicated on the receipt. Authorised refunds will not include postage costs and will be issued once the faulty item(s) has/have been received by Giddymoose. Please send us an email outlining the issue within three days of receiving the faulty item to obtain return authorisation. Please do not return the item(s) without prior authorisation to do so. We retain proof of postage for all items posted. Where an item has been damaged during delivery, we may supply this information to support your claim to Royal Mail.
