TAMAR International Promise (TIP)

The Legacy of Minister Patricia Farrell

For over 40 years, Minister Patricia Farrell challenged abuse in all its forms — on the streets, in homes, in schools, through the justice system, and in churches. As a trainer and consultant, her passion was singular and unwavering: to raise awareness and protect God’s children.

Through powerful training sessions on Safeguarding, Child Abuse, and Domestic Abuse, Minister Patricia delivered TIP workshops as a reminder to the abused that God’s plans are to deliver them; a reminder to the abuser that they must repent and attain deliverance; and to all parties that there is a Balm in Gilead to heal the soul.

Alongside this vital work, Minister Patricia offered Godly wisdom and counsel on marriage and family — forwarding the purpose and intention of God’s promises and expectations of us as His people.

“There is a Balm in Gilead to heal the sin-sick soul. There is a Balm in Gilead to make the wounded whole.”
Minister Patricia Farrell

The TIP Legacy — Continuing the Mission

Minister Patricia’s work did not end with her. It lives on through TIP — TAMAR International Promise — a commitment to continue her legacy by publishing her works on the importance of family, marriage, and safeguarding, and by providing ongoing support to those who need it most.

Proceeds from the TIP Legacy collection are donated to provide support to women fleeing domestic violence. Every purchase is an act of solidarity — a declaration that this work matters, that these lives matter, and that the mission must go on.

A warm family together

Purpose — The Pathway That Defines Everything

TIP is a living expression of the Purpose pathway in the Giddymoose Intentional Living Framework. Purpose is not just about what you do — it is about why you do it, and who you do it for. Minister Patricia knew her purpose. She lived it for four decades without wavering.

“For I know the plans I have for you — plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” — Jeremiah 29:11

Purpose is the convergence of your gifts, your calling, and your willingness to serve. For Minister Patricia, the answer was clear — to protect the vulnerable, to speak truth to power, and to point broken people toward a God who heals. For you, the answer may look different. But the call is the same.

The Name: TAMAR

The name TAMAR is drawn from Scripture — a woman whose story is one of injustice, resilience, and ultimately, vindication. Minister Patricia chose this name deliberately. Because the work of TIP is the work of Tamar — refusing to let the vulnerable be silenced, demanding justice for those who cannot demand it for themselves, and trusting that God sees, God knows, and God will vindicate.

“She is more righteous than I.” — Genesis 38:26
