When you choose to use the power of the tongue in a powerful and transforming way, it is important that you are specific with your declarations. Saying declarations, prayers and faith confessions allow you to hear the Word of God. It is a process that produces faith. Each time you speak the truth that God has spoken over your life you build the faith that is necessary to see the evidence of what you need.
In our products we put together meaningful declarations that reflect the powerful person in the bible that we would like to be like, or would like our children, families, students, groups to be like. We speak it over our lives and theirs too. We feel that when we want good for other people, good also comes to us. We believe we can be a Holy Firestarter, just like Elijah or Stealth Fighter just like Esther whether we are male or female, because the actions of these biblical rolemodels were without gender. We have produced a specific declaration for each person in our collection, based on their actions in the bible. This is an important element in our movement... We believe that since they were human we can exhibit the bravery, strength, and blessed actions that they performed.

Verbal communication is generally used to inform, provide clarity and make known our clear intentions. Verbal communications also provide the opportunity to correct wrongs, misconceptions, and errors of the past and present. The value of verbal declarations cannot be emphasized enough. Making effective declarations that will strengthen and speak things into existence are not done in silence with our lips pinned. When you are speaking truths over your life, it is important to open your mouth and speak them out. This is not to say that you need to get a bullhorn, go out to the street corners and shout at the top of your voice . What it does mean is that you should be able to hear exactly what you are saying in your personal declarations.
Vocalizing these words helps to build your faith. When you speak out, it builds your confidence in yourself, in what you are saying and it also demonstrates your confidence in God. The spoken word also informs the spirit realm that you are standing in partnership with God, you believe what He says about you and your situation. The spirit realm is then set in motion to work on your behalf and bring the things that you have spoken to life.
You can speak these things daily and you can wear your declarations too. You are not ashamed of your beliefs, and you tell the world boldly who you are. You will always be you.
Ultimately, it would be wonderful to be like Jesus, who was perfect. But we also know that other people in the Bible also have qualities, skills and virtues that are worth recognizing. We can be like Hezekiah, we can be like Abigail, we can be like Elijah, we can be like Daniel, we can be like Esther, we can be like David, we can be like Samson, and so many other of the biblical heroes. They were human just like us. We have the blessings, strength and divine power to make an impact. Just like them. Make it your resolution to speak life. Start today, and tell the world.

One of the worst things you can ever experience is waking up in the morning to face or hear people who are morbid and seem to have the knack for killing your spirit with their words. From the moment they open their eyes , they dwell on the negative. It makes you almost afraid to ask them “How are you doing today?” in case you get the full load of negatives that dampen your spirit, change your mood and leave feeling weary and worn.
“It’s going to be a bad day,” “Yesterday was so horrible,” “ I hate my job” “I hate my hair” “I hate…I hate … I hate.” Before you can even face the real challenges of the day, the negative energy transferred has already drained your spirit. It is amazing how powerful words are. They not only affect the lives of the people who speak them, but they can surely kill the moods of the people hearing them. You can decide to go through your day feeling down or you can speak life with intent and purpose to your emotions. The choice is yours. The Psalms are filled with great declarations that will motivate you to face your day. Tell yourself:
“This is the day that the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it!”
“I will sing for joy at the works of God’s hands.”
“I will make a joyful noise unto the Lord.”
Take the truths of the Bible and apply them to your situation. Speak it into being. You can call the things that are not evident in your life into being. Though someone may have slowed the pep in your step, and dampened the mood. The word of God spoken in time and with purpose can restore your smile.

Learning to speak words of wisdom and understanding over our lives is important. If you are to revolutionize our own world and bring change to the situations you face, your words have to be blessings, not curses. Stop speaking curses over yourself that produce the outcome you now have. Follow these rules daily:
- Use your tongue to be health to your bones, to bring life to the dead areas in your life and to bring peace where there is turmoil.
- Remember, your words can be fountains of life-bringing sustenance to the hearer and the speaker.
- Intentionally speak what is pleasant and acceptable to God. Encourage more than you criticize.
- Use the Word of God and its truth to confess and possess what God has established is yours. It is God's will that you succeed and be in good health.
- Reject language that will corrupt your thoughts and essentially corrupt your life. Make a point to think positive.

Whether you are dealing with issues of bullying, abuse, poverty, dishonesty, envy, anorexia or bulimia, having difficulties letting go of our past hurt or unforgiveness and bitterness, you will find the verses of hope in the bible that you can personalize and use as prayers and declarations over whatever situation you are facing.
Revelation 12:11 says that the saints were able to overcome the Devil, “by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony.” Again, it was the spoken word that caused them to live above the lies, slander, propaganda and accusations that threatened to destroy them. They used the power of the right words to make success a reality...
You have the power to speak to your soul, the center of your thoughts, feelings, and emotions to bring it into agreement with the will of God. This power has the ability to bring you out of darkness and despair into the light and hope no matter what. In Psalm 42, the David was in a predicament, He was depressed. He felt hopeless, so much so it was like being in a deep pit, unable to get out. No amount of counseling, no amount of money, nothing was working to lift his spirit and change his circumstances. I am sure we can all relate to that. He could not understand what was happening around him. His emotions had consumed him.
Then finally, he spoke to his soul and asked it a question. “ Why are you in turmoil? Why do you feel this way?”
After asking the question he commanded his soul to hope in God, then he followed it up with a declaration. “I will hope in God, my salvation.” You will notice that this it was the practice of this man to make faith confessions with his mouth. Psalm 23, is a classic example:
1. Because the Lord is my Shepherd I will not lack.
2. The Lord leads me to right living.
3. The Lord restores my soul
4. I will not be afraid because the Lord is with me.
5. The Lord comforts me.
6. The Lord provides for me.
7. Goodness and mercy will follow me for as long as I live.
8. I will dwell in God’s house forever.
What declarations are you making over your life?

The small part of your body called the tongue plays an even greater role than you think.
We all know it for the amazing job it does in allowing us to taste, swallow, and speak.
Some would say that the tongue is essential to our existence. Indeed, what it does is to help us speak what we already have in our minds—the good, the bad, and the ugly!
The truth is, what we think is who we are. However, when you say what you think, life takes on a whole new dimension. What does that mean? Well, you can never take back your words. Once you say them, they are gone. No amount of regret, remorse, apologies, roses, kisses, resignations, or gifts can bring them back. As your words go out into the atmosphere they not only affect you but they affect other people too.
Do you know that your tongue can save your life or someone else's life?
Seriously. What you say in the situations you may find yourself in can literally save your life or someone else's life...
Think about how a compliment at the right time has stopped someone from throwing in the towel. Think about how cyber bullying has driven people to commit suicide.
Now think about how a word that someone speaks can spark a multi-million pound idea and from that a product that can take someone from a tin of beans in a one room bedsit in a rough area, to living large in an beautiful expensive home in a safe warm community.
Now consider how those words "I love you" or "You mean everything to me" can give someone life.
And how the words "I hate you" or "You are a deadbeat" "You are a bad mother" can kill something inside of you.
Are you familiar with the truth that our words have immense power? This is a remarkable fact that the Bible supports: “The tongue can bring death or life; those who love to talk will reap the consequences” (Proverbs 18:21).
Many of the world’s most influential leaders connected with this truth and understood the power of words. The marvellous Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., the great American civil rights leader used it to influence outcomes, to mobilize people and conquer mountains of injustice and inequality. While the legendary Mahatma Gandhi led India’s movement for independence with rousing speeches that influenced the world.
The late great and powerful Nelson Mandela said:
“It is never my custom to use words lightly. If 27 years in prison have done anything to us, it was to use the silence of solitude to make us understand how precious words are, and how real speech is in its impact on the way people live and die.”
Depending on what we have said & how we say it, words can ruin lives, break hearts, spoil moods and even cause death.
On the other hand, the spoken word can bring a smile to someone face, boost their confidence, lift their spirits & give life. It has been said that although the tongue has no bones, it is strong enough to break a heart. Perhaps it is even strong enough to dig your grave or send you to hell. As long as you don't have a medical condition that means you can't control your tongue, you are responsible for your words. Even if you drink too much alcohol or take drugs, and don't know what you are saying you are still responsible for everything that comes out of your mouth. If it was your choice to drink or take drugs, every single you say is still your responsibility. It will determine your life. This is why it is so important to Choose to speak life. You can choose to be responsible & choose to speak good things into existence.

Call the blessings of God into your life! Call God’s divine protection and provision. In doing so, you will build a partnership between you and God’s will.
Say affirmations like:
"I am blessed and truly favoured".
"God loves me, I am His child. He provides everything I need".
"God is my strength. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me".
"God is my protection. He knows everything and has everything in control".
"God is watching over me. His goodness and mercy follow me everywhere I go".
"There is nothing I can't do, with God as my guide".
"My fridge will be full, my cupboards will be overflowing."
"My home is peaceful and filled with laughter."
"God has supplied all my needs".
"I will want for nothing".
"I am happy and fulfilled, my joy comes from you Father".
"God helps me to be the best (father, mother, sister, brother...) I can be".
God’s will is for you to be at peace, to live an abundant life, for you to be lenders, not borrowers. In essence, we are agreeing and co-operating with God to establish purpose in our lives. Not to love money or wealth more than you love God, but to be prosperous and compassionate to others. Knowing that that if you give, it will come back to you.
There is a direct relationship between what we say and what our lives look like. If you take the time to honestly reflect on some of the outcomes and events good and bad, you will at some point be able to connect the words you have spoken with the reality that exists.
When you believe this to be true, you will speak with intent and purpose.
